Sikky E46 Brake Booster Heat Shield Assembly

When swapping engines into the BMW E46 the ABS unit in it’s factory location is often too close to exhaust components that will damage or destroy the ABS unit from excessive heat. The Sikky ABS heat shield was designed to keep your ABS pump isolated from this heat and protected. The factory sheet metal that is meant to protect it often creates clearance issues with exhaust manifolds and down pipes so this heat shield allows you to remove that cumbersome OEM piece and replace it with this sleek tight fitting unit freeing up extra room in the engine bay. Designed and manufactured at Sikky in the USA it’s made out of 1/16″ 304SS that is then powder coated matte black in a high temp coating. It uses the OEM mounting tabs on the shock tower and booster for a secure fit.
